Shipping policy

Ready to ship items will be shipped 1-3 days from order date.

Custom items have a typical turnaround time of 8-10 weeks and then will be shipped 1-3 days after they are finished.

Holidays and weekends are not included in turnaround times!

Please note, circumstances may arise in which the turnaround time is extended, communication will be made via email by Sandhills Designs to the customer.
