Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled for any reason. This includes all custom orders and ready to ship orders.

Customized products include: Anything with personalization. Example- name, business logo, requested quote or saying and photographs. Anything you request to be added to the product is considered a customized product.

If product is damaged in shipping, you will need to reach out to the carrier in which delivered your product first. Each item that is shipped is insured up to a certain amount to protect you and me. Follow their instructions to open and file a claim with the carrier. Once an order has been shipped Sandhills Designs and it owners are not responsible for damaged products.
